Well blow me down if the heat factor hasn't kicked up another notch in this book 2 of the Bayou Stix series, or maybe it hasn't kicked up a notch? Maybe I can just relate to Jessie and Blue in this book a bit more than I did with Jude and Lexi, I don't know but I was invested in Alluring Seduction all the way and found this harder to put down and I thoroughly enjoy books that do that.
I like heros that come across A-holes but then can show a side that does have compassion and I love feisty heroines. Blue takes no BS from Jessie just because he's a rockstar, she won't give him to 'Rock' charms if anything they make her more determined. Their relationship is electric with their hate of each of other, it continually festers and fizzes and makes for an amazingly hot relationship. Watching Jessie mess it up as he hasn't a clue how to 'do' relationships is fun to read, you can feel the tension between them whether it's from fighting or sexual it's always there and this makes for a fun, sexy, rambunctious (energetic) read.
Glad I read this book 2 and will definitely be reading on in this series to me it's just getting better and better.
